Perfect service from start to finish. Paige helped us design our kitchen and monitored the process throughout. Kitchen was ripped out, new one installed and tiled by Martin & Henry in only 4 days to a top standard! Paige inspected on the 5th day for snagging and Martin was back in the afternoon to add another shelf! Wish all jobs in life were this easy!

After contacting them on Facebook yesterday about a washing machine & tumble dryer (which we got a rapid response) we popped down and was greeted by a lovely gentleman (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) who completed our sale very quick and efficiently.We got it delivered and our old appliances recycled the next day which was very convenient as ours had given up.Amazing prices & service, will definitely use them again in the future!Thank you guys!

A family-owned and run business that offers a high-level of service, choice, good prices... and kitchens, too!We were looking to buy a new kitchen and asked Empire Appliances to provide a design and quotation. Out of 5 prices, Empire were very competitive. More than that, we got a good feeling from our initial dealings with Paige and Phil. An additional factor was that we could see and choose exactly the appliances we wanted, with expert advice always on hand.A site visit was arranged, with both Paige and the kitchen fitter, Martyn, attending - importantly, allowing any issues or difficulties to be spotted in advance. During the fitting, other tradespeople commented on the quality of workmanship... and a great kitchen can only look its best when it is installed to a high standard. Likewise, the granite company Empire use is local and they were similarly confidence-inspiring.We were so pleased with the end result, with the added bonus of superb after-sales service. So, we would happily recommend Empire Appliances for anything from a microwave, to white goods, through to a whole new kitchen. A great price but more importantly, wonderful people to deal with - Thank you!

We definitely made the right choice with going with Empire for our new Kitchen. We looked at other suppliers but our gut feeling told us to go with Paige. The design from Paige was exactly what we wanted and install from Martin was excellent nothing was too much trouble from this team. High quality choice of products, wonderful advice and guidance from Paige; personal and attentive to ensure our dream kitchen came to life. Fitted to perfection by Martin who takes a great deal of pride in his work and has delivered an outstanding piece of craftsmanship. Hi-tech and modern products that are brilliant and seamless sign off process to confirm we are happy. Everything is around the customer, which is rare these days.
