David came to assess our house and prepare an EPC. He took photos and measurements, reviewed documents and examined light bulbs followed by a comprehensive discussion of the initial findings and the options for energy improvements. His manner is supportive, friendly and professional and we learned a lot about the different energy improvement schemes available. The completed EPC arrived the next day. A thoroughly positive experience!
