I ordered something from amazon that was to be delivered by hermes. It got as far as Dundee and then just stopped for days on end. I tried to use the live chat to get an update but rhat would not work. I tried to phone but just got an automated voice that would not give me an option to get through to a person. I emailed customer service 2 times but didn't get a reply so I emailed the CEO and even they did not reply. No idea what's happening with the parcel and just have to wait until a certain time has passed before I can get a refund. Would have left a lower star rating if Google would allow it.
