Excellent service from Heat Fix and a brilliantly helpful engineer (Alan). Very responsive - got someone out to look at our boiler within 24 hours then all fixed including a new thermostat with no fuss. Easy to do business with and a decent price. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Central heating had “stuck on”! Gave them a call and arranged a visit for they next day. (My choice as I was going out the day I called them) Arrived next day and fixed the problem. Great service and the women on the phone were very, friendly, helpful and polite. Can’t faulty the service provided.

Do not get involved with this company, they tried to make me pay £230 for a plumber to come to fix ‘ for 2 minutes’ and it hasn’t been fixed as there’s still no hot water. The price of this was made up by an Indian women over the phone, there was no reason behind the price. No materials were needed, the plumber only unscrewed few screws, switch the main power on and off. That’s all.

Used this company to fix our condensate pipe. From first contact there was good communication. When a part didn't come in as expected they updated me and rescheduled. Friendly efficient engineer. Would recommend and use again.

Our current cover was increasing in price so we shopped around and liked the idea of a more local company. Today was our first service visit and we were really impressed. Everything was thorough and really well explained and we've had better advice about our heating than we've had in years. Definitely recommend.

Our central heating boiler failed earlier this week and we have cover with Heatfix. An engineer arrived the next morning and showed me the part which had overheated causing damage to c6 other parts nearby. The following morning the engineer returned to fit the replacements and had our boiler working within a couple of hours. We were delighted as we had thought we may need a new boiler. Really impressed with the overall service both the staff at the office and in particular the engineer (Ryan) who was courteous and took the time to explain everything.

Since moving into my property a year ago and taking over an existing boiler warranty with HeatFix, I found the company to be responsive and professional every time I’ve contacted them. We just had our first annual boiler servicing since moving to Heatfix and it was great. Alan was punctual, friendly and very thorough with his work. But the best part was that he changed our boiler settings to be more energy efficient, which is very much welcome thing these days!
