New to Kempston, I booked online and hadn’t been to a salon in years so wasn’t really sure what to expectI definitely wasn’t disappointed! Great welcoming service and consultation for cut and highlights.Lorna really understood what I asked for and did a brilliant job not only with taking time to liaise about the colours she also did an excellent cutAnd the shampoo with head massage was amazing!I’ve found my forever salon, brilliant

As always, feeling well cared for by O'Hair Spa! My appointment today was originally for this afternoon, for a colour, cut & blowdry. Yesterday I recieved a message inviting me in for 9am instead because the expected high temperature would mean I wouldn't be able to have my colour done. This suited me perfectly & I was grateful not to have to postpone my appointment. I was kept supplied with cold water to drink & enjoyed my visit in comfort. The efforts of Elena & the team to ensure all their clients were accomodated in the cooler part of the day is typical of the amazing customer service O'Hair Spa offer. I'm loving my new colour & restyle , & cannot recommend O'Hair Spa highly enough!

I came in with medium brown box dyed hair with red underneath asking to go blonde. I left with some warm golden highlights. Im delighted with the result! The hairdresser cut my hair exactly how i wanted it. I never have a bad experience here. Same girl cut my daughters hair too. She is 10 and was very happy. I will be back in 8 weeks for a top up!

Nazrin is absolutely amazing.Always giving advice for hair care.Complete trust in her.Always keeps you informed of what she is doing, how, etc etc when colouring hair.Also, great stylist, gave me a new refreshed look, was very pleased.

Brilliant service. Top professional hairstylists. Mira was amazing and I would 100% recommend her services to other clients and customers. I can not fault any of the staff. I would be delighted to use there services again.

Actually had a massage upstairs rather than a haircut from a guy called Boyd and what can I say, it was amazing, relaxing rejuvenating.Leaving the massage table I felt I could move more easy and freely than at any time in the past, it took years of me, great experience.I'm going to rebook and I would recommend the service very highly the biggest problem is due to popularity it can be hard to book an appointment, a victim of there own success.

Ohairs have been doing my hair for a long time. Just wanted to say thank you for Emma for finally getting the colour I wanted!I have asked for Ash Brown colour in the past took couple of attempts with a different stylist wasn’t really happy with the colour. Highly recommend Emma she definitely got closest to the colour I wanted. She was very polite and professional.Thanks Emma will be only booking with her.

Moved from London not long ago so I was desperate to dye my hair. I’m so glad I live so close to this salon as I couldn’t be happier how my highlights came out. Greta was my hairstylist and she was very professional and friendly. Also so talented for her young age!All around everyone is so welcoming, I even breastfed my baby while another lady was washing my hair.Had a chat with the owner about children as well and she made me feel so at ease. Than you all and see you again very soon :)

My stylist Ale is professional and takes pride in making sure I receive A1 treatment. I am always pleased with the results. She also advises me about products and treatments. The salon has a good set to deal with social restrictions at the moment so I feel safe. Its an enjoyable event going to the salon. It lifts my spirits.
