Ordered a hedge trimmer and battery pack on a great deal on click and collect. There was a problem when placing the order online, with the screen going to ‘page not found’, so I rang the store and Joanne (or Joanna, apologies if I got it wrong!) was extremely helpful checking that the order had actually gone through ok. I told my friends about the deal and they decided they’d like one too, so I rang and Harry was extremely helpful putting a second one on one side for me to collect. He then served me in store and again very helpful. Great staff and will definitely use the store again.

Shocking!Kitchen fitted aug22. Hose to hot water tap failed and flooded the cupboard. Told would be fixed within 48 hours. 19 days later, still no hot water. Store refusing to help, claims it’s out of their hands. Customer services refusing to help, they claim it’s up to the store to deal with.Told to contact customer relations for compensation but that’s not going to fix my tap.They seem to specialise in passing the buck…. After taking your money in the blink of an eye of course!Substandard goods and service.

I bought a kitchen - Heritage design. The doors weren't fitted properly and 1 fell out of the cabinet, well within warranty. The store refused to acknowledge it. Head office refused to acknowledge it. Cheap, but you get what you pay for - junk product and service.

We just bought our kitchen from wickes and whilst there were a few things damaged, there was no issues at all getting them replaced. We bought the kitchen in July, but wasn't able to fit it until September. Even with this delay they were fantastic.

After 22 years we decided our Wickes kitchen needed replacing. Wickes again and Andy at Drakehouse, Sheffield was so helpful in advising in pros and cons of different items. We soon had the kitchen of choice and placed the order. Delivery was well informed, professional and prompt. Installation team of Peter x 2 and Rob were fantastic and Robs eye for accuracy and precision was so impressive. Boss Peter kept everything ticking along nicely. Thank you to all at Drakehouse Sheffield.

We are unhappy with our poorly fitted bathroom and first contacted customer services about this 5 weeks ago. We are having to constantly chase Wickes Customer Relations Team for a response and as of yet no Wickes representative has been to assess the work despite us requesting this and it being advertised as standard practice on your website. There is no communication between Wickes members of staff and nobody seems to know what is going on with us being told different things each time we speak to someone. We are extremely disappointed in the service as a whole and would not recommend Wickes to anybody. We would give zero stars if possible.
