Tai Chi for Everybody

Eva is an outstanding teacher of tai ji and qi gong. I have worked for most of my life in further and adult education, and part of my role was to observe teachers of many subjects: for example, brick laying, cake making, guitar playing, English language, psychology, literature. I can honestly say that I think Eva is one of the best teachers I have ever seen of anything. She cares for each student individually, and is particularly skilled at adapting tai ji/qi gong for people with injuries, illnesses or disabilities. I cannot rate her highly enough. She also makes each session great fun, while simultaneously demanding the highest standard that each student is capable of.
