It was the first time Ziggy was being groomed and I had 3 different recommendations for Jenny. I could see why as soon as Zigs was immediately comfortable going with Jen when he is usually so nervous and clingy. He was put at ease straight away it was just the natural way she had with him. I was so surprised at his confidence and how comfortable he was with her. He never looked back. That in itself is a huge comfort as an owner but then when he was groomed and a cute happy little fluff ball bounded towards me it just confirmed why I had several recommendations and validated Jen was the one for us. I will definitely be back time and time again and will recommend her on. Her prices are really reasonable too. From start to finish, it was a positive warm comfortable and professional experience. We cannot recommend Jenny at the pooch parlour enough. Our 10 month old Mali /doberman cross loves a good pamper from her. Each time he comes out smelling amazing and looking so smart.He is always so relaxed after it.Would 100% recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wouldn’t go anywhere else with my Honey now!! I’m a crazy dog mum who likes to know her pooch is being looked after and The Pooch Parlour honestly is the best!! Honey comes out so happy and well groomed each and every time!! Supporting small businesses is important but it’s made 10 times easier when the business is genuinely fab!!! 10/10!!!

Jenny is absolutely wonderful with the dogs you can tell she really loves them. Our Baz was so relaxed when he came home and smelt amazing! She had even given him a facial. I have recommended her to every dog owner I know. You won't get anyone better who will treat your dog the way she does x
