I used Putney Cars for the first time today after two other taxi companies would not accept a booking. The driver arrived on time and got us to my destination in good time for my hospital appointment.He waited until we were ready to return home and accepted payment by debit card.Altogether an excellent service very competitive price

These guys were spot on.We used them to pick up us from terminal 5 to take us to Earlsfield area and then return journey a few days later. Best price we could find. Great communication and they were spot on for pick up times. We visit Earslfield on a regular basis. Cannot fault them at all and they will definitely be our go to airport transfer service in the future.Both drivers we had were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

We booked a taxi (4 days in advance) to collect us from a wedding. The car arrived 45 minutes late, our baby was cold and tired, and we had to contact Putney Cars to find out where they were - they didn’t call us to let us know they’d be late. We had to call twice and each time was told they’d be arriving in 10-12 minutes. So we kept waiting outside. There was no apology on arrival from the driver. The car seat was also not the car seat discussed in our booking. I sent an email complaint and had no response either. Absolutely terrible service and I would never use them again.

Great prompt service. Booked a pick up and collection to a wedding Both times they where on time the taxi driver was lovely! Can’t rate them enough! Will definitely be using again! Nice to have a local company to recommend to friends and family PUTNEY CARS ALL THE WAY.
