Absolutely outstanding! I'm so glad I found the Bike Kitchin and so glad I've met Steve. He's looked after my Ribble CGR ALe beautifully and goes over and above with his level of customer service and care. I can't thank Steve enough for the way he's literally dropped tools on several occasions and helped sort out little niggles on my bike ... always with good humour and patience, It's a definite 5 stars from me!

Steve swapped the brakes over on my specialized road bike and was very thorough and knowledgeable, nothing was a problem and I could really tell he wanted to make sure the bike was perfect. Would happily recommend him.
