I found a great offer through kayak, problem was my return flight was indicated as 12.30 instead of 0030 this meant that I missed my flight I have emailed them and they are yet to respond 16days later.Please don't use this agency.

Poor service, yesterday I have booked two airline tickets to Sri Lanka by paying GBP 3,000/- today morning it was cancelled and the representative said my payment was unsecured but my bank said it was wrong and its not a unsecured payment because payment was authorized by my personal banking app. Now my money will refund to me within 03days.

As a few have said, they take the booking then call up asking for more money as the fair is not guaranteed. Check with the airlines and, I imagine, they will have your flight registered. In my case it was London to New York, out with KLM back with virgin. Ph travel - aka Viamo - called asking for more, I told them to eff off as I had it all in writing, they said they’d call back, and never did. To recap, despite all this, my flights are both registered with the airlines.

MUST READ MY STORY ** absolute scammers !! the worst travel agent ever !! booked my flight through Voliamo ** reviewed my online reservation and made sure all details were correct ** e ticket came through ** my surname was spellt wrongly as an extra letter was inserted ** not sure where that extra letter came from !! contacted Voliamo immediately they asked me to email a copy of my passport to have the name rectified which I did. I called them many times for an update but no response and some of their representatives were even rude !! Everybody calls themselves managers !! Day 5 I got a reply: we will have to charge you £185 to get your name rectified which is just to remove one letter from my surname ** contacted the airlines directly and they confirmed there should be no charge to rectify a passenger's name and if there is a charge applied, however would be minimal since the change is minor. I decided not to pay £185 so I took the risk ** got to the airport ** the airlines rectified my surname at the check in desk at no extra cost ** I checked in and boarded the plane.

This company is is not good at all they are crooks you pay money on website then they asked me to make a transfer when I already paid now I’m sleeping at the airport with no money to buy another ticket I have to wait 3 working days to get my money back

Do not book your ticket with these crooks.They exist just to rip you off.

This is the most and illegal travel agent. They over charged my changing fee for £2500 by ripping me off at the last minute by delaying my change. My ticket Air company told me my ticket was free to change but this most disgusting black-hearted travel agent added so much ( that clerk called Ben). They should be closed by the government. They are the most disgusting people I have met! If there are minus comments, they deserve minus -5! Try to avoid agents in the future for tickets! They are most unhelpful and ripping off watching wolfs.

I was the first time user with very bad experienceI was the first time user, unfortunately very disappointed service . Customer service very poor and don’t understand the customer needs. I spoke to customer service before I online booking but once I booked they emailed me with different departure dates?? I call them and ask them they said need pay another £265 to change the date. I explained to them and I would like to speak to management unfortunately I’m waiting to speak last 2 days. So I strongly NOT to recommendation to this company.Very very disappointed.

Terrible service. Booked a flight that included baggage and they called me saying I didn't have baggage and needed to pay almost £200 extra. They then wanted £100 cancelation fee. A complete rip off and joke of a company. Their website is God awful and keeps changing details for flights so that they can scam you out of more money by claiming you didn't pay for baggage. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY! After wondering why we had no airport transfer we found out our return flight from Mauritius was changed by airline and viliamao failed to inform us or book us onto another flight. Infact when we asked them they still were insistent that that we were on the original flight home. We had to then phone the airline to rebook onto the next flight home and pay an extra £510 for an extra night stay at the hotel. We are now out of pocket, due to a loss of days earnings, big phone bills trying to phone the airline and viliamao and sad end to our honeymoon.
