Very bad from about 2 -3years ago now. Have had my appointments cancelled on me and my 3 kids the last 3 times so we've not had our teeth looked at in over 2 years. The first 2 occasions we got given a valid reason but were cancelled a week before we were due to go and had to ring up again to book in another 6mths. This 3rd time we didn't receive any notification and only by chance did I ring up to find it had been cancelled again. Absolutely terrible treatment, I was told that the date couldn't be guaranteed.

I have a new smile new dentures in 5 weeks unbelievable I'm over the moon best decision going to this dentist thanks again xx Tracy

My teeth were a horror story but Marta sorted everything out and really took the time to make sure everything was just right. All the staff were both professional and friendly. A really good place.

My appointment was supposed to be at 15.30. I arrived 15 mins early. At 16.20 I was still sat there (I am disabled btw). I spoke a few times to the receptionists who eventually went to speak to someone about the situation. I told them well in advance that the 2 teeth were broken. So when I got in to see the dentist, she told me that all she was going to do, was an exam.After the exam she said that she was going to refer me to the hospital. All that stress and waiting for NOTHING. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. The service is appalling. Although my sincerest apology goes out to the two Receptionists who I lost my temper with!!

Very bad all round experience, will never go back. I do believe some have had good experiences and tooth work done; but mines been dreadful. A member of my family has said the same and so we go else were know. Of course this is just my experience/opinion, but it you want to keep your teeth go elsewhere.

Oh dear what on earth is going on, I had an appt today at 2pm and was told it was a sit and wait appt. I waited for over an hour for somone to fit me in and to be fair the girl behind the desk was lovely. People were coming in and could only get an appt for next year. I have been a patient for over 20 yrs and have never known anything like this. I the end I had to leave as I couldnt manage to sit any longer as I am disabled. So I have now booked a private appt but couldnt be seen until June. I was told last year that I would need to be referred to the hospital if I was having more problems so it would not have taken long. So sad about all this, its dreadful.

I went there because of a broken retainer. The people at the reception were horrible, and their behavior was also racist and very demeaning.However, the dentist was a godsend just so lovely,providing a completely contrasting experience.Overall, I would not go back because of the horrible receptionists.if you want to look into pull up the details from 06th of March for 85 pounds as the confused and terrible people at reception couldn't decide what to charge 85 or 45 and charged 85 in the end

Butchers. Awful dentists, both my children and I have received terrible treatment from this dentist. A lot more has come to light since swapping practises. Same dentists see children privately quickly are the same ones who see them on the nhs. Obviously money means more than child’s dental Heath. Don’t recommend at all.

Short waiting times for new patient appointments. I was seen on time by Marta who was very good, talked me through the x-rays (included in ~£50 price which is about half the price of 3A dentists) and what I needed to do to keep my teeth healthy. Poor reviews on Google do not reflect my positive experience.
