I've been going to see Mr Pabari for my annual check ups and glasses for well over 20 years now. It is always a relaxing experience and both Me Pabari and his staff are very kind, considerate and efficient

I have been with Pabari opticians for many years and would never dream of going anywhere else! Mr Pabari is an excellent optician being so knowledgeable and thorough with all the tests. He and his staff treat you with such politeness and respect it is actually a pleasure to visit ! Highly recommended!

My wife, daughter and I have been with Pabari Opticians at Moseley for over 3 years now. Our collective experience at this practice has been exemplary in every way possible. Mr Pabari has always adopted a meticulous approach to every eye examination I have had. He is patient and takes the trouble to explain all the essentials in detail without making me feel hurried in any way. His prescriptions have always been spot-on, and his other recommendations have equally enhanced the health and well-being of my eyes immensely. Having had several eye-examinations conducted by Mr Pabari over the years, what really struck me was his sense of integrity coupled with his gentle demeanour.On the administrative side of things, the practice comes across as being highly client oriented. Phone calls are answered quickly, and if and when messages are left on the answerphone, calls are returned by the practice promptly. Email communication is equally speedy. One gets a sense of the practice being run in the most efficient manner with the premium placed squarely on client experience. Everyone at the practice has also been a delight to engage with over the past 3 years. Special mention needs to be made of Louise and Chrissy. They have both been helpful over the years and have a great sense of humour. Louise was also exceptional with engaging with my teenage daughter whilst my daughter was choosing her frames. I was informed recently that Chrissy has now moved on. I wish Chrissy the very best, as do I, for the continued success of Pabari Opticians.

I had a wonderful experience at Pabari Opticians Moseley practice, which is exceptionally well-equipped. I was genuinely impressed by the thorough details and valuable information provided by Amisha. I highly recommend this place.

I have been going to Pabari Opticians for several years now, and every time, I leave amazed by the quality of service. I particularly appreciate how Mr Pabari takes the time to go through everything so meticulously - it would be so easy for him to just say 'yes, that's fine,' or whatever, and move on, but instead he takes the time to explain all the results and what they mean. He and all his colleagues are kind, compassionate and patient, and you're really made to feel that they have your best interests at heart.They also offer a very reasonably priced eye care plan that includes a set of very thorough and state-of-the-art tests that most opticians won't offer, and given my complex (and strong!) prescription, being able to have such an indepth insight into the health of my eyes every year really puts my mind at rest.I would thoroughly recommend Pabari Opticians and I wish them every success for the future.

I cannot praise Mr Pabari and his staff enough. I have worn spectacles and contact lenses for many many years. I registered with Pabari Opticians in the latter part of 2022; and from the outset have found the care and attention, provided to me, to be exemplary / second to none. I have been a customer at Pabari Opticians for more years than I care to remember, but took a break for the last few years. I have just returned and realised what I have been missing elsewhere. Amisha and Robina looked after my wife and I faultlessly on our recent visit. I have just recovered from Cataract surgery and my post op exam and subsequent eye test were completed with care and thoroughness, as was my wife’s eye test. We both chose new frames from the extensive range available and were measured and fitted with similar care. I can’t wait to get my new glasses. Thank you Pabari opticians.

I have just been for a routine eye check, for my child, at Pabari's and Amisha was amazing! Caring, patient and thorough...and also, being in the medical field, it is great to see someone performing 'streak retinoscopy' and that too confidently. I do not think, I have met anyone else, at any opticians doing that...and trust me...it is very useful and important...and makes sure everything is not just left to 'machines' to sort out! I will be coming back here with the rest of the family...soon! The rest of the staff were pleasant too. Thank you to the whole team.
