“Farid saved the day”.My wife holds an Iranian passport and she made plans to travel back home for a month. We bought the ticket online but the day before the flight we couldn’t check in because my wife didn’t have a German transit visa. After confirming what was happening, I contacted Shiraz Travel and spoke to Farid. The suitcases were in front of us getting packed and all the presents were bought and wrapped and it is now 4:55pm. Farid stayed back after work and found us Turkish airline tickets and issued them just in time so that my wife could travel as planned the following day to Tehran. Booked for a flight by Turkish Airlines. Once I was notified that the airliner has changed the departure times, I requested that my flight with Turkish Airlines to be cancelled and instead book me on Qatar Airways. The staff were absolutely excellent and the task was carried out professionally. Very pleased with them and highly recommend them.
