My experience at the Oxford store was outstanding and definitely up there as a great example of professional and personable customer service (thanks Samuel). Great choice of frames and the team was very informed and alert to pick up issues in my prescription that was obtained elsewhere.

The staff provided excellent personal and professional advice. I enjoyed the choice of glasses in an intimate, friendly showroom and I was pleasantly surprised that the cost of my glasses and lenses was much less than I expected. I'd recommend anyone to go to David Clulow rather than the bigger stores.

Myself and my family have been attending the Oxford Branch for several years and we always receive expert and personal attention. Amy is very professional and experienced in her role and the examinations are very thorough.Excellent choice of glasses and advice with contact lenses too. We have always found all the staff to be very friendly and welcoming

I have been going to the Oxford branch for years and the 2 key people have been constants. Amy with her infinite patience and good humour and the lovely young man who sorts out any adjustments without me even having to ask. They are total stars.I collected my glasses with new lenses today and the difference is amazing. The attention to detail and expertise of the staff are very impressive.

We always come back here even though it is not our closest optician. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and great with the kids as well. Amy and Sam in particular are always absolutely fantastic! Sam on this visit showed excellent knowledge regarding choice of frames for our daughter and his passion for his job is very evident. Thank you to the whole team!

Mr Alam was respectful, took my concerns seriously and were very reassuring. I find all the ophthalmologists at David Clulow very thorough, checking eye health to a level of detail I’ve not experienced at any other opticians. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience at David Clulow Oxford. Sandy, the optometrist, is friendly, professional and thorough. Samuel was extremely helpful when it came time to choose my frames and he even recommended the least expensive option. He was also very knowledgeable and patient as he talked me through the various options for lenses. I usually hate eye exams and choosing glasses but the David Clulow team made it a pleasure!
