Great local shop! Friendly and kind owner who will go out of his way to give a great customer experience. He enquires about how he can stock what you like and the other day I arrived just after closing and they opened back up for me. Would highly recommend.

They have a trick to shortchange you by distracting you with offering 'deals', just as you are paying. This happened to me more than once.

My honest true opinion regarding this shop is 100% positive. I have been using Daudhar news for 33 years now. The shop is clean, convenient, well stocked and the price range is good value for money. On a customer service level the staff always go that extra mile. When lockdown came into play in March this year the staff were straight on it with regards to serving the community by offering a delivery service to the elderly and vulnerable which I applaud. They are taking social distancing seriously the store being marked out for the two meter rule.
