I have been waiting for my ordered skating blades over a month. Noone reply my email. Wish I will get my blades eventually !p.s. good to receive an email from Kaos yesterday and clarify the status. Awaiting further action from them. Hopefully it will improve my experience from this shopping.

I have now used kaos sk8 twice and I cannot recommend this store enough. The customer service is absolutely outstanding and nothing is too much bother. I have dealt with Callum both times now and I won’t go anywhere else. My daughters skates badly needed sharpened and he did them there and then, and the knowledge he has on the products he sells is fantastic. Thank you so much for a great shopping experience!

Guy was great. Plenty of knowledge. He measured my wifes feet for her ice skates and recommended the best ones. Great place to go for skates.

My little one had been saving up his pocket money for a few months to buy a new scooter.bevery week he would pop in to remind himself what he was saving for and the young lad who owns the shop was just brilliant with him. He gave him a few stickers and a keyring to encourage him to keep going and that's exactly what he did. we popped in last week to finally buy the wee ones scooter and again the service was superb. Some stores might have been a bit disinterested in the customer not buying today but this young lad has now gained a future customer in us and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Got beginner figure skates here. The service is outstanding, blades sharpened and boots put in an oven to kould better to the feet. Highly recommend.

Travelled several hours to get to Kaos. It was well worth the journey. Went to get measured for ice skates. Brilliant customer service. My feet were measured and I was given a choice of ice skates, then they got delivered to my address. I love my new ice skates. Kaos is such a cool shop, also sells scooters, roller skates and some bikes.

Visited the store today (11/10/20 @ 11am) but unfortunately didn't catch the name of the guy who served us. I hope this feedback reaches him because he deserves to be acknowledged for his outstanding customer service. We went in to pick a scooter for our daughters birthday and the help we got was brilliant. He made suggestions, answered questions, and made the whole experience pleasant. Will definitely be returning for future purchases. Thank you!

I have placed my order from web for MK Gold Star Rev. Blade from 28 Apr this year, but received only one email from Kaos on 1st June mentioned that the product is out of stock... I asked for refund but no responses till today. Very disappointed and checking any way I can pursue the order or refund.

Highly recommend. Buying upgraded Figure skates for my daughter, and the man who runs the shop could not have been more helpfull. Very knowledgeable in the different skates brands and best skates for my daughter’s level. Took time to get correct fit and sharpen skates to correct level. Also purchased new skate bag which was very reasonably priced. We will be using this place every time for skates/sharpening/accessories from now on. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
