Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Tring, Hertfordshire

My cat, Millie, spent 10 days with Jenny in Tring and, from the regular photos and videos, I could tell she really enjoyed her time there.I have never wanted to leave Millie at a ‘cattery’ before, but the Longcroft Cat Hotel in Tring was definitely not like any cattery. The suite was spacious and exceptionally clean. There are windows to the front and back of each suite, so the cats have a great view of the birds and squirrels. Jenny clearly cares about all her guests and plays with each cat every day. They also enjoy some cuddle time with her! I was so pleased to know that the cats are visited from 7:30 am until 9 pm, which means they are never lonely or bored.

Leaving Vasya (our cat) with Jenny was the best idea. She had an amazing time and got pampered, got lots of play, and stayed in a very comfortable and spacious suite. We missed her but were happy to receive the daily videos and photos that Jenny shared which gave us peace of mind so we could enjoy our holiday. Vasya came back with a lovely gift basket as well of her favourite toys and snacks - great touch. Will not hesitate to leave Vasya with Jenny again!

Esme is always well looked after and cared for in Longcroft and means I can relax and I can enjoy my time away. Jenny regularly keeps me updated and cares for her as though she were how own. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

Longcroft was by far the best cattery experience we have ever had without a doubt. We have had cats for 30 years in many catteries and none compare. Spotlessly clean. Amazing attention to detail. Spacious rooms with heating and plush beds and enormous climbing frames with views of the garden and wildlife. Jenny went way beyond our expectations by spending so much time with our two cats and sending us regular updates and pictures. We are delighted and want to book our next visit soon in the knowledge that our cats are looked after as well as when at home.

Longcroft Tring is THE BEST cat hotel. Our beautiful Eva doesn't trust others easily - we are very close and leaving her used to be stressful for all of us. However, Jenny is so passionate about cats she has completely won Eva (and us) over. She took such care to bond with Eva and dedicates so much time, play and company - we now don't book a holiday unless she has availability. We can see from the regular pictures and videos how relaxed and happy Eva is, and that means we can enjoy our holidays too. The hotel is beautifully appointed, pristine and so peaceful - you won’t find better peace of mind than Longcroft Tring.

Our cats had a fabulous stay, it is truly luxurious and they were so pampered. Regular photos and updates were sent which was so lovely. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you Jenny.

Our little Smudge has stayed with Jenny several times over the last 9 months or so, and he absolutely adores her! He is very shy and tends to be extremely scared of new people but it's evident Jenny has really taken the time to get to know and spend time with him which has been very re-assuring. Jenny proactively sends regular updates with pics which gives us comfort he is in safe hands. He spent his birthday at Longcroft last year and it was so nice to see the effort that Jenny went to to celebrate with him. I'm sure he can't wait for his next stay with his holiday meowmy, he never wants to leave! :)

Jenny is lovely and we wouldn’t hesitate to leave Darcy with her again. Darcy settled quickly and enjoyed a week of playtime and chicken treats, plus a goodie bag when returning home.
