Absolutely brilliant recently, just moved out of a HMO into my own house and all staff have been really helpful and positive, I can’t thank Caroline enough for everything she has done and Yasmin has been a rock. If people are in need of good customer service and helpful staff then letsand is the place to go, they provide helpful advice and are not afraid to step in if things get out of hand. Thank you Lestand for an incredible 11 months in one of your properties and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

I've had my new house for 7 months now. The move was easy and the support since has been outstanding and there straight on repairs. The staff go above and beyond and nothings ever to much, always friendly. The contractors they hire are great lads. We are so happy here and I wish the team all the success they deserve ..well done

A Landlords View(Non Customer)I had an issue with a deposit claim after a tenant checked out leaving behind a damaged property.I approached Letsand feeling a little downbeat and Caroline walked me through the process and helped me with all the paperwork.I left feeling empowered and confident in recovering my claim for damages. This ultimately led to a successful claim against the tenants deposit.I found everyone at Letsand both professional and a joy to work with on this issue.I will definitely be using Letsand again in future!
