Vicky was really helpful and friendly; she waited patiently for me to make up my mind on what earrings I’d like to purchase. She was knowledgeable in regards to the warranty and explained what would happen if I needed to replace them. Overall a wonderful experience and a very happy customer

My daughter had her ears pierced for her birthday present. The lady that pierced her ears was extremely helpful and kind and explained the whole aftercare process to my daughter in a lovely manner for her to understand. Highly recommend.

Very bad, I purchased my ear rings 6 months ago but all crystals fall. I went shop then pass to manager they promised they will resolve issue but after 1 month they gave me back and didn’t resolve any issue. Still my ear rings in warranty but no one helped they just passing different teams but didn’t help me.Staff is very rude and bad they said we will help but no one helpful. It is really bad experience I don’t prefer to anyone just wasting money. They don’t have customer service skills. If I asked some questions they they are not giving any answer really pathetic and money and time wasting shop. They are not helpful, in future I will not purchase any single thing from this shop, really very bad.
