Had a lovely experience here on the 26th November. Staff were very friendly food was great and very attentive to our needs. It can feel a little stressful taking out 4 children, but we were very welcomed and made space for. The food was great. The young lady who served us was super friendly, and timed everything perfectly. Was a great night when sometimes it can be very stressful going out with a big family but this was a really lovely evening.

Went for lunch and had the loaded potato skins and southern fried chicken strips as a starter, then the carbonara for a main. All were absolutely perfect and tasted wonderful! It was very quiet since we went after the school term restarted but the staff made us feel very welcome and checked on us just the right amount. Ruth was such a lovely waitress - she was incredibly kind and friendly to us and always served us with a smile; an absolute credit to the restaurant. I’ll be coming back again!

After an afternoon of shopping, a lovely place to grab a snack or some food before the drive home. Always have a table, sometimes a little wait. Great service with good, tasty food.

Full English breakfast was delicious!It only cost me £1.26 more than tesco's offering and its easily twice as good. The quality of the ingredients is better, the seating is cozy and the service is friendly!

Ordered the dirty dog, asked for no onions but they also left off the green chili's which was what I was really looking forward to. Was still tasty though. That's the only reason it's a 4 not 5 star rating. Quiet mid week night before going to the cinema next door...

The service was great. The food was average I ordered the ultimate mix grill. Steak was bland (had no seasoning), chicken was dry and the ribs still had a membrane on the underside. I was also disappointed they had no Dr Pepper.

Good food, lava fries seemed expensive upgrade from normal for just a few bits scattered on top. Service was wonderful. Restaurant itself was quite chilly, we had to leave our coats on.

The dinner was absolutely amazing. When coming for a meal out with your family you expect an experience of tasty food & great service. Tonight, Laura looked after us and she nailed it. Everything was fast, delicious and her service skills were phenomenal. As one of our family members suffers from a nut allergy, Laura has been very helpful in providing different choices. Frankie & Benny's is an amazing restaurant and we're so great the one in Broughton is still in business. Thank you so much!

Amanda was the most amazing waitress, she was so lovely and helpful. She even brought my little brother a birthday plate as she’d noticed it was his birthday (we hadn’t even mentioned in the booking). She is an excellent waitress who went above and beyond for us.The food and drinks were also top notch. What a great birthday dinner for us all, thank you Amanda for making it extra special!
