So unprofessional couldn't have no support no concling offerd no sympathy or any thing felt alone and scarf midwife made me feel like I was doing a bad thing the receptionist was the only nice person the others really made me feel bad for being there

Staff were amazing I must say! They were very kind and friendly. Made you feel very comfortable and took care of you in the recovery room offering tea and biscuits after the surgery. I was very nervous about going into operation but the staff operating was very nice and made you feel comfort table aswell! Didn’t agree with being alone in the waiting room though a time like this because of covid but the government rules don’t say that this wasn’t allowed. Was just clinic rules but other than that I couldn’t fault any of the staff. Thank you for taking care of me.

Most horrific experience of my life

Made to feel as comfortable and at ease as possible thanks to the wonderful staff. Not sat in the waiting room for long and also managed to recieve treatment the same day.
