Had a great haircut from Tina - really understands curly hair and gave me a great deep conditioning steam treatment to reset the moisture in my hair. Learned a lot about the years of wrong cuts I have had!

I don't see how Lindsey's comment is being called a review" as it seems more like a personal attack than an actual review. Just an observation if she has worked in so many salons

Get my hair cut, styled and coloured here regularly, brilliant service, friendly and professional, go out with great looking hair, and we always have a laugh too!

Tina was great, my first hair cut and steam was great and I will come next time I'm in the area visiting my mum as I live in London, I have never heard of the steam treatment before and it was amazing!

I had my hair cut and restyled by a lovely lady called Tina, I’m a person that suffers from anxiety an normal get my hair cut by a hairdresser friend but this lady Tina put me at ease from the off she was very polite and I felt I was in good hands I will definitely go and let her cut my hair again. Tina in my option is a very good hairdresser an a very friendly person.

Absolutely shocking. As soon as we walked in one of the women was complaining to lock the door as it was busy. Shocking costomer service. She told my son 'pick your lip up because that isnt going to get you anywhere'Disgusting. Never again. You do not address your customers like this. Especially children. Grade all over. Long bits everywhere. Absolutely disgusted.I can not reply to your response so i am doing it here but under no circumstances will i be coming back into your salon. I wouldn't speak to my son like one of your stylists did so why should she be allowed too. I have worked in many salons and been in a lot more and this woman in this salon is by far the most unprofessional and rudest i have ever come across. She is a huge disappointment to the salon and clearly going to give you a bad name if she continues to behave in this way.

A lovely shop full of lovely staff!I take my mother to have cuts, perms and sets, it's lovely that they still have a drier as she does not like a blow dry. The entrance is level so wheelchair accessible. The staff work around mum's mobility needs. I have my hair cut and always feel great after this. The team are all friendly, kind and skilled professionals. They have walk in appointments for gents but they pre-book for ladies. They are wearing ppe and have made the environment covid safer.

I have used JC Hairdressing and Barbers for a number of years since I moved to Borrowash. Had my hair cut and styled a couple of weeks ago by Tina who was absolutely fabulous! She cut my hair and styled it exactly how I like it. I like my hair to look a little quirky, and she understood what I was asking for! Tina really took her time in getting it absolutely perfect! She is not only a fabulous hairdresser, but a lovely person too. She made me feel amazing, and really made me feel like a special customer. JC Hairdressing never fail to provide good service. I'm lucky to live round the corner from them!

This barber shop is well situated but they never quite give me the haircut I ask for. I ask for it slightly longer on the front than on the top, but no, it's all coming off. I have to cut my own hair a few times to get the front to the length that I like, and then go to the barbers to sort out the back and sides (which I can't do very well myself), although this means the barber will remove the nice wavy front that I prefer to keep. I have yet to find a barber who knows how to cut my thick hair.

Friendly easy going atmosphere with a good hair cut at a fair price! Great walk in service with a quick turn around, highly recommended. Thanks again Julie.
