Was charged £265 for the first visit to help me gain entry when I'd locked myself out of the flat. The new lock's shield was left damaged, and I had to get back in contact with the company to ask them to finish the job. They requested £145 additional for a job they didn't finish, even though I had sent a photo of the lock prior to their first visit. Seemed fishy, so I spoke to another company who said these locks are available for £60 and sent me a link as proof. Very unprofessional and ended up paying another company to fix a £265 mistake.

Wow what a lovely guy, fantastic service and quality job! Came out on Sunday to sort broken lock on my elderly mum’s front door. Arrived promptly, resolved problem, ordered part and came back this morning to complete job. The chap explained clearly what he was doing, and his charge was detailed per item (new lock, emergency call out, extra keys). The total cost was very reasonable and not rip off prices. Highly recommended!

I was trapped out of my home because of a loose door handle. The internal screws had come loose and the handle could no longer open the door mechanism.The team at Economy Locks sent someone to my home within a couple hours (after 5 PM, just two days before Christmas!). Within 30 minutes, I was back in my home, and within one hour, I had a new, higher-quality door handle installed. The service overall cost me a reasonable price. Thank you so much!

Totally unprofessional people. I went to cut a car key blank blade and the guy there did the wrong cut. He did not admit it was their human/machine fault and I had to get another key blade on my own expense(£20). They also charge £20(they did refund me)for a cut, while the other guys only charge £10.Very bad and expensive service.I do not recommend.

The response to my problem was prompt and an immediate temporary solution was provided. The permanent solution required replacement parts and, once these arrived, the door was completely repaired and works fine. Many thanks to Amar for an excellent service.
