Great atmosphere on a Saturday night. Barmaid was really friendly and the drinks were reasonable and good quality. Jukebox was awesome too

Attended the open mic night, so was limited to the bar area and the room the open mic was set up in, which I think is an extension.Compact little pub.

I've been to the Garland Ox several times & have always enjoyed my experience in there but unfortunately last night was one of if not the worst experience I've ever had in a pub. Me & my friend ordered two drinks but the barman seemed very unfriendly towards us so much so when we asked for ice he carried it in his hands & dropped it in our drinks. Needless to say we didn't stay long. Sorry guys I take no pleasure in posting this
