Fantastic!!! We got Dan round in mid December as we had a total boiler malfunction right at the end of that horrible cold snap and he came out on a Sunday at a moments notice and was extremely reasonably priced.He came round exactly when he said he would which was so refreshing, and spent time and effort getting to the bottom of a problem even the manufacturer said was a difficult problem that they hadn’t really seen before. He used every resource at his disposal and for this reason we can not recommend Dan and his company highly enough.We look forward to having him round to service the boiler.

Left job half way through that he was working on at my clinic. I am a small business and have lost income and patient care has been affected due to not having a functioning sink. Trying to get someone urgently to sort out the problem that Dan has left for us which will mean more hours closed of the business. He didn’t turn up one day and has ignored our calls and messages for several weeks. My receptionist finally got hold of him today using another number and was told he didn’t want to do the work. A real shame as initially thought he seemed a nice guy. Really unprofessional and very unkind to do this to someone, would not recommend at all.

DDL team are great, I called late evening and got booked in, to check out my boiler not working, DDL company fixed the issue quickly and cheaply. I had a few people quote me over the phone and guess at what was wrong DDL inspected advised and the quoted me. Great service great guy great team. X

I recently used DDL Gas Installations and Repairs for a boiler service (which ended up being a boiler replacement due to its age) and a cooker installation. I cannot fault Dan’s knowledge, punctuality and professionalism.Whilst he was there he also fixed a leaking tap for me.I will 100% be recommending Dan to friends and family and will be using again.

Amazing, DDL have now done three jobs for me and have been incredible each time. Dan fitted me a new boiler at short notice, was reasonable, professional also looked at some pipe work under my sink at the same time too without being part of the job.Dan has fitted a cooler for me too which he did with great professionalism and again reasonable.I have also had him sort some rads for me which he did with top professionalism.Couldn’t recommend DDL more!
