Tommy was great with ensuring that we had the best time at our bottomless brunch, would definitely recommend! Great customer service, he definitely made a difference to our evening!

Was here for. Dinner and drinks and Turtle Bay didn't fail to impress! It's not the first time we've been here and definitely not going to be the last! Shout out to Mia for being such a great and amazing host! ❤️Looking forward to the next time already!

The food here was absolutely amazing! You have to try the salty fish. My partner had the ribs and said they were one of the best he's had; they were lovely and tender. Definitely going back!

Came on a Saturday night and they were running 241 cocktails. Food was phenomenal. Only negative was that our server went missing halfway through our meal, but otherwise fantastic. Will be returning

The ambience of this place was bright and inviting. Unfortunately, though my daughter had booked the place for a table for 4 @ 12:45 we arrived a little early. The waitress seated us on a tiny round table for 3 though the place looked quite empty!My daughter suggested to the waitress that we come at the correct time and perhaps a table for 4 would be available. Then the waitress obliged by putting us on a square table for 4.The best thing was being served by Tommy, extremely polite and efficient. Good was served quite fast, servings generous and the drinks waiter was equally professional. Overall a good experience,was impressed by the bright and clean loos too and I'd advice management to train all their staff to be as pleasant and well trained as Tommy!

Excellent food, very helpful staff. Everything was exceptional, especially the sweetcorn fritters and prawn coconut rice bowl. The fried squid with mango mole as a side to the fish fry was excellent! Not everything on the menu is halal, but the staff helpfully crossed off what was cooked together/wasn’t halal.

First time at turtle bay Romford, and it was amazing.Food was very delicious, had the goat curry and it tasted divine. My partner had the jerk chicken and she enjoyed it a lot too.Service was impeccable. Tommy was very friendly, courteous and efficient.What made it super entertaining was the reggae music.Definitely recommend going there.

First time here and will definitely be back. Delicious food and a great atmosphere not to mention an exclent selection of cocktails. Received wonderful service from Tommy who helped make our family dinner memorable.

What an amazing experience. My 2 friends and I did bottomless brunch yesterday. Bahar and Charlotte were stars! Absolutely amazing service. Friendly atmosphere. Thank you.
