Perfect customer service from Stone World UK (in particular, Simon).Communication was great; couldn't fault & very quick responses from start to finish. The stone tiles (Travertine & Limestone flagstones) arrived and even better than first thought & the pictures! Simon helped with the recommendation of grout colours to match the tiles and solved any other questions I had v. quickly. Will use Stone World again for any future purchases, wouldn't go anywhere else now. Highly recommend to anyone looking for real stone at great prices. Great company, great products & great people.

I almost never leave reviews but I have been so impressed with Stone World UK's service on the two occasions I have purchased from them that I wanted to leave a review. Very helpful staff, prompt delivery and great quality product at a competitive price. (Ivory Tumbled Travertine 10x10cm - look lovely in my two bathrooms).

Looked everywhere for stone flooring for my kitchen, the products here are wonderful and much cheaper than many other suppliers - loved the end result!!

Simon could not have been more helpful in ensuring I received these lovely travertine tiles on a very quick delivery schedule. The tiles are beautiful and exceptionally good quality compared to travertine tiles I used in a previous bathroom fitting. The tiles look very light on arrival. Once the sealant is applied they go a shade darker. If you are looking for tile trim to match on corners the Genesys 12mm beige pvc trim is a perfect match. It's sold in most Topps Tiles stores although not on their website.

Wasn’t keen buying off eBay so went to see the stone in Daventry. I wasn't disappointed. We purchased Jaipur tumbled limestone and it looks great. Hardest part was getting the tiles out of the packaging!! Very well wrapped.

Bought Jaipur Grand Opus stone to replace flooring in an 18th century cottage, it looks absolutely great! Looks like a really old floor, excellent quality, competitively priced,easy to lay as it is uniformly calibrated. Would look equally as good in a modern setting.

Placed an order over the phone with a gentleman called Simon,Very polite and knowledgeable, gave me good advice on the tiles and products I was purchasing,Delivery was on the day he said it would be and the truck driver was also very polite and helpful,Very pleased with the tiles, they are excellent and as described,Everything was packed and wrapped carefully with no damages,In my experience I would use this company again without hesitation and would recommend them 100%

I traveled about 70 miles to go and see the stones they had and was not disappointed. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices were great so we ordered, when they arrived there was some damaged stone was not the company’s fault it was the delivery company phoned them up and told them and it was not a problem they sorted it no argument.Im not a tradesman and I have never laid a floor like this before I phoned them on many occasions and they helped me through every process even everything I needed to do putting the underfloor heating down .I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
