Couldn’t recommend more! The staff were amazing, so kind and welcoming, friendly and so helpful. I have a litter of 9 puppies who all came for their microchips today. Not only did they help me with the puppies to and from my car, but helped entertain them all when they were either waiting or after being chipped, helped keep them happy when I was at the desk paying, just genuinely made my day so much easier and I cannot thank them enough. The vet himself (I’m sorry I don’t know his name!) was brilliant. Could see he was very confident, very reassuring and he made sure they all got some affection after he had finished. Again, thank you everyone!! Don’t hesitate to take you pet here, you won’t regret it. :)

Absolutely awful experience!! So uncaring. Was told I needed to wait 3 days to have my very poorly cat put down. Took him straight to them and was turned away! So upset! Happy to take £2,000 for my last cat’s treatment at last minute!

Friendly and at the same time professional, everything well explained which instilled great confidence that we were in good hands and most importantly our pets health was in safe hands.

All the staff I've encountered have been so lovely. Sadly had to have our hamster put to sleep last year and everyone was so kind. Tom in particular is amazing, so kind, thorough and respectful. Today we went back with our other little hamster for a check up and everyone was amazing, so friendly and kind.

Fantastic veterinarian practice with kind, friendly, welcoming staff and great care for our pets’ welfare. Everything is explained. All questions and concerns from us are explored and listened to. Thoroughly recommend this Practice which we have been using for years now.

Had some happy and very sad times using Well House Vets, they are always professional, compassionate and patient. Most recently visited for a kitten check up and claw clip - the vet and assistant were great and calmed the cats to get the job done safely.

Lovely staff, great veterinarians! They always give kind, honest advise, and they're very gentle/caring when it comes to the tough task of saying goodbye to a loved one. Highly recommend
