Really pleased with my recent service from Underwood the Jewellers. I've lost a lot of weight and as a result, both my engagement and wedding rings no longer fitted properly. I enquired with them as to what the process was and we arranged collection (which was on the same day - brilliant), and within just a few weeks I had them back, super shiny and they now fit me perfectly! Would highly recommend this brilliant business.

I've been going to Underwood for years and have never been disappointed. I've had a wall clock for 7 years now, still going strong. 3 ear piercings, all done professionally with no issues. My engagement ring from a high street shop had a lose stone once and also broke once, brought it here to be fixed both times and it's like new! Underwood has designed and made both my husband's and my wedding rings, the process from start to finish was extremely professional and both rings were made to perfection. Prior to our wedding they also cleaned my engagement ring so both my rings were perfect on the day and long after. The service is always great and honest, I always feel like a valued customer. Phil is great, if you're unsure of any products he will make you feel at ease and explain everything so you can make the best decision. Underwood used to be my local shop but I've since moved, however I refuse to go to anyone else because no place matches the amazing service you will get here.

Lovely friendly shop! Had a 3rd piercing done on my lobes just over a week ago, the man doing the piercing (apologies I did not get your name!!) was very kind and offered a quick, easy and sanitary service. The piercing is healing well already with aftercare solution provided all for the very affordable price of only £17.50! Having had two other piercings before done elsewhere, this is the best service and healing i’ve had so far - would highly recommend! :)

The engagement ring I bought hand made from Underwood was absolutely beautiful, my fiancée is in love with it (the most important thing!!). It is such a high quality, well made ring to the exact specs I asked for, for such a great price. We have received so many compliments on the ring. Phil was really helpful in suggesting ideas to improve it and how I could match a wedding ring with the design which I’ll definitely be going back for! I went to Underwoods because it was local and I thought it would be more personal, I wasn’t disappointed. I had an old ring with a few diamonds in which I wanted made into my new Wedding Ring. After a lot of changing my mind on designs, they made exactly what I wanted, I couldn’t be any happier with it and I can’t wait to wear it. Phil was the consummate professional, patient, understanding and above all helpful. I would recommend Phil and his team, who I think are miracle workers. I had gotten ridiculous quotes for re-sizing a diamond ring x1 size down but decided to try Underwood's instead. My ring looks and feels great and the price was very reasonable. They also valued my ring and the service was both very accurate and highly professional. Whilst I waited they fitted a watch battery too for a fab price compared to other stupid quotes I had been given. If I could give this shop 10 stars I would! Fantastic service and a gem of a little shop. Thank you!
