Lovely staff. I was hunting a particular ball of wool which Lauren found for me and placed behind till until I could get to shop. Hobbycraft I have always found offer GREAT customer service and this branch dud not disappoint.

It's quite a big store with all the art and craft supplies and the staff is friendly and helpful too! Good experience! Wanted to but some painting stuff for my canvases and found what I wanted. They have good range of choice in colors and brushes! Definitely recommend!

Excellent shop for all kinds of crafts including cake making.Great source of Really Useful boxes.Can get busy in school holidays, especially before Christmas, Halloween etc.

I didn't find the item I was looking for in the appropriate size and they were on a shelf, mis-labelled and mixed with other products so very difficult to find.
