Came in Monday got acrylics done £50 fine but it’s now Thursday and they have all come off just doing my daily things, I have had acrylics so many times before and been absolutely fine and lasted but these haven’t lasted even a week I’m not happy

Staffs are very friendly and they are truly able to cater to customers need. I've got my eyebrow threading done here along with deep tissue massage. It was among the best service I got in Southampton.

My mum got her eyebrows tinted from this place. They convinced her that it's all safe. The worker proceeded without doing some kind of test first and applied the tint. Within a day mums eyebrows swelled up with redness and were sore to touch. Seemed like the chemicals in the dye left her with burns.Went back into the shop to inform that they maybe using harmful stuff so be careful, they point blank refused to accept.My mum was then told that the manager will call her and it's been nearly 4 days no call.

I would normally not waste my time to leave a negative review but I feel like I should. This has been my 3rd time in this salon to have my eyebrows threaded and they are normally pleasant experiences with good results and value for money. However, this afternoon, I went there and the lady who did my eyebrows broke the thread 4 times! And what more, my right eyebrow ended up with a couple of cuts that bled. Not in a horrible way but it has never bled before. Just putting it out there.

My daughter treated me to a pedicure and it was the best pedi I've had in years. The technician ( sorry forgot her name) was lovely and welcoming, I'm going back next month. will highly recommend.
