Friendly and professional throughout. I work in retail and had to get a crown on my front tooth. I felt able to contact them anytime and they were so accommodating. As busy as they were, any issues or queries I had were addresses straight away.My temporary filling wouldn't set as my chew was making it difficult. They brought me back in asap each time and sorted it. Since I was having difficulty with this temporary filling as soon as my crown was ready I was straight back in.From reception to the chair with my Dentist Chris Mc Hale I was taken care of and put at ease. I can't thank them enough for making me confident in my smile. Recommend to anyone, your teeth are in safe hands!

The best dentist for miles. It speaks volumes when I travel all the way from England to have an annual check up with Joe and to be welcomed by him and his wonderful team. Outstanding service always accompanied with a smile.

Was a loyal customer in Donegal town for up to the past eight years.Recently had a tooth break and made an appointment for a removal. Waited over an hour to be seen and was told there was a delay due to an emergency. Was then seen by Joe himself, who took an X-ray and told me the tooth needed to be pulled. While he offered to stay late and pull it right there and then, I felt more pressured to accept the offer of getting the tooth number for the night and coming back int he next day for a removal.When coming back from the removal, the tooth was removed successfully by a new dentist in the practice. It was a male Ukraine’s dentist. At the time he notices another tooth that was in need of a root canal, and after many times telling him that a root canal is not a financial option for me he let me go.A month of so later I returned after booking an appointment to get the same tooth removed as it was causing me severe pain. The dentist completely refused to take it out saying that it would impact my smile (baring in mind it did not) and after a third day off work would not go through with the appointment of taken the tooth out. I tried to explain that I was in too much pain to wait and could not afford a root canal but they didn’t seem to care, only seemed to be interested in my money.Ready steady smiles will never get my business again and I will never forgot the way I was treated being in agony at the time. I cannot recommend Blue poppy in Donegal town who completely understood and sorted out the tooth no problem.
