The Carpet Store, Hesketh Bank

Went to a few carpet shops to enquire but as soon as we started talking to the guy in the shop we knew this was the place where we would get our new carpet from , his no nonsense attitude coupled with facts rather than a sales pitch was a pleasant change . We ordered a couple of days after and was really happy with the sale and the fitters did a great job , left no messNext time I think we just need to go here and no where else . Great product , great price excellent job

After visiting another carpet shop we went to The Carpet Store and Stephen was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of carpet, and we asked him to come and measure up for 3 rooms, very happy with them. Today the last carpet was fitted and all 3 rooms look really good, Stephen the fitter was really good even matching the dining room with the lounge. We are very pleased that we went with the Carpet Store all we need now is the delivery of our sofas.

So rang up this afternoon got a fantastic over the phone quote travelled to the shop was shown the carpet he quoted but I found one I liked a little more no problem same quote being fitted next week super happy steve is very professional and helpful will be using again for sure
