Good price but Shoes not as good quantity as previous KSwiss Tennis Shoes.Also width has changed and not clear when purchased.Will look at alternatives for future.

I ordered a tennis backpack to replace one on which the zips had broken. The new bag arrived speedily and so far is doing the job. The zips feel much smoother and reliable compared to my old Head bag so I hope the bag will last longer.

I recently purchased a pair of running trainers, which were delivered on time. I did as anyone would: tried them on and walked around my house to check they fit. Unfortunately, they didn't fit well, so I decided to return them. To my surprise, they were sent back to me with a note stating that a refund was denied due to the shoes being dirty." This claim is ridiculous

The website is easy to navigate and the prices are good and usually have discounts on certain items.The goods arrived on time and in good order.The only thing I would say, as a return customer and I have ordered now 4/5 times is to have some kind of incentive, perhaps a discount or voucher for return customers.
