Title: Absolute Nightmare at Norton way Nissan Service Center - My Car Now Covered in ScratchesMy recent visit to the Nissan Service Center was nothing short of a complete disaster, and I feel compelled to share the horrifying experience I endured:1. **Damaged Car:** I entrusted my car to the Nissan Service Center for what should have been a routine service. However, when I received my vehicle back, I was horrified to discover several large and noticeable scratches on both sides of the car. These scratches were absolutely not present when I initially dropped off my vehicle for service.2. **Refusal to Acknowledge Damage:** Upon reporting the issue to the service center, they astonishingly refused to accept any responsibility for the damage. Their stance was that I could not have seen the scratches since my car was dirty. It was a clear case of them attempting to deflect blame rather than addressing the problem.3. **Gargantuan Scratches:** Let me clarify the severity of these scratches – they spanned across two doors on either side of my car. They were so extensive and glaring that it would be impossible for anyone to miss them. It's infuriating that the service center would attempt to belittle my concerns and treat me like a fool.4. **Lack of Documentation:** I acknowledge that I did not take a video of my car before leaving it at the service center. However, this should not give the service center a free pass to inflict damage on my vehicle and then wash their hands of any responsibility. It's their duty to ensure that they return the car in the same condition or better.5. **Poor Customer Service:** The attitude of the service center staff, including the manager or colleague who attempted to dismiss my legitimate complaint, was disgraceful. They displayed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability, making me feel like a nuisance rather than a valued customer.In summary, my experience at the Nissan Service Center has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Not only did they fail to provide competent service, but they also inflicted significant damage on my car and refused to make amends. I strongly caution anyone against entrusting their vehicle to this service center, as their negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction are appalling. It's a complete nightmare that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Avoid this place at all costs!

Having made an appointment to view a car, I was sent really useful personalised video of vehicle in advance and then on arrival was dealt with in a helpful and professional manner. Left that very same day having made a purchase and left with a smile on my face. Chris was extremely helpful.
