Good new and used car dealers, just outside Derry. Happy with the used car I bought and the subsequent servicing. Helpful and efficient staff and service. There is a 144 and 145 bus service close to the garage to take you into Derry, if you have to leave your car for servicing.

Great supportive staff without any pressure... Lovely to have the space to explore the cars and get the information you want when you want from the sales people. Choosing a new car is a big and often stressful experience.. Delighted with the support information and the deal we got in buying our new car.

Nice selection of cars; both new and used. The sales people don't put pressure, or give you the hard sell either, meaning you can make your mind up easier. My wife and I dealt with Rachel, and she is a quality employee, and someone to deal with, as she is patient and polite. The other staff we had contact with were also of an exceptional standard

Well I phoned this morning as I'd a missed call about window wipers replacement then to be greeted with a receptionist named (Sinead) who sounded that she didn't want to be there ..asked me a question as in of the make of the car" I was unsure because my brother drives me it a mobility motor as Ive got a brain injury so I politely ask her to go through the car brands to see if I noticed in which she did ...third one in (Dacia) I got it! Then I was in the middle of explaining something when she rudely transfer me over to them as if she was looking down on me for having a mobility motor.. very unprofessional I felt embarrassed thinking of taking taking my business elsewhere!"

I have been a loyal customer of this business for over 20 years. Their professionalism and politeness never cease to amaze me. I have had many a problem over the years with different vehicles and can honestly say that I have never felt that my bank account has been bruised more than necessary. Sometimes I leave the place feeling I have not paid for the service I have been given and received. My view. And I'm entitled to it. ☺

Sales 5 starDonally & taggert no longer do cursity cars since Covid, for the biggest dealer in NI i feel this is a poor excuse considering the current state of covid is not what it was 2 years ago, compared to their competitors which do give this service.non biased review from me, is many good points but also some negative points which they need to improve.edited the service & repair, feel they deserve a 2nd Chance which would make this a 4 star review.
