Nails on squint and paint nothing like I requested. Never use again

Nails were nothing like what I wanted and when I said the colour wasn’t what I wanted he huffed and looked away every time I spoke to explain what colour I was after he just couldn’t be annoyed listening to me, he got a Cotten pad wiped it away and then went over it witch then left my nail all patchy wasn’t a very great experience and I tried to say I still wasn’t happy because the french tips their was some thicker than others but they were more interested in getting to the next customer I just paid and left definitely won’t return if they’d a been nice enough just to fix it and not been so rude disgusting behaviour first time going and it will be my last

got my nails done here last week looks nothing like the reference photo, wrong colours, wrong shape, the underneath of my nails are bumpy and we’re not filed down properly, I called them explaining the situation and I would just like a refund. refused a refund, terrible customer service.
