I would give a 4⭐️ for the store inside as this is fine.It's the delivery service that is terrible, and I'm being kind to give a 2⭐️The click and collect has always been a Hit & Miss.With very long waiting times to pick up and the hope that you will get 80% of the order that you paid for..There was bad lighting at night, and I did not feel safe.The orders were mixed up at least 70% of the time, giving replacements that were very random.To things like Christmas and finding out Christmas Eve that, they did not have my turkey, replacing it with pork!The last time I had to stop using them was when they gave my complete order to someone else.After the 2 men, (I being very elderly) came back and forth to tell me, they had to go and try and get my order, and half the stuff wasn't their, with wrong items being added and changedTo then have the drama of having to call to get replacements.Service is wrong on so many levels

I was really annoyed at this Asda today . Only one till open , and a queue of people with filled trolleys. People were saying more than one till should be open, there are self service tills but would rather have a cashier as trolley was full . After waiting some time I asked if another till could be opened and the reply by the 2 staff members was , they can’t it’s up to the manager , yet there were at least 3 workers standing around at the self service tills talking . I said “why can’t one of them get on a till as people are walking out”. . The reply was , talk to the manager who was nowhere to be seen.If anyone was thinking of going don’t bother , as I and another lady in the queue said we won’t be back. Tesco open a till if more than 2 people are waiting straight away , and that’s where I’m taking my custom in future . Happy to help, it says on the uniform , absolutely not .

I often find myself here to pick up the staples and have never had an issue with parking, as there is plenty on site.The staff are very friendly and are always willing to help when needed.There are a few other services on site, like a key cutting service and pharmacy, so you can get loads done under one roof!

Arrived at 4:30 on Wednesday to this store that meant to be open 24-hour. The store was closed. Why bother to update your potential customers. Asda prefers to waste your time so you can shop somewhere else.

There were no manned" checkouts open so forced to do self serve. 3 ladies supposedly there to help shoppers but who were all standing around chatting & when you dared to ask for help they just said " wait a minute"

You want to go Asda for some shopping? Head over to this Asda Superstore in Dagenham. It is Massive, ample free parking and just off the A13. The usual products but a more comprehensive range. Some other products that you wont find in the regular branches, like garden furniture. A large bakery section with some amazing made on the day" items.Plenty of staff to help navigate the store. Customer service section for buying any heavy items

I have been shopping at this store for ages and always had great experiences until recently. Usually don’t leave bad reviews but the way I was treated by one of store colleagues was shocking. Never experienced such rude behaviour and I work in retail as well and have seen a lot. Did have a chat with one of the managers so I do hope that this person will think twice before saying something rude to a customer next time.

Went in just after 1pm. Plenty of bags at manned checkout positions buy long queues. Asked for a bag at Basket Self checkout to be met with” Nah, no bags”. My response was “Nah, no sale” and left them to put back on shelves. Probably more work than them walking 20m to get some bags. Won’t shop in Asda ever again. No idea of Customer Service

This site is a mess. Who is in charge here? Anybody?The car parks are a mess, the jet wash is all taped up but leaking and not working properly (but it still takes your money), no trolleys available (all strewn around the carpark)Rubbish bins overflowing.Very little choice of chilled drinks, poor stock levels and a lack of clear pricing. Items in bins with completely different labels.Wow, what a shambles.Back to TESCO for me.
