I recently had a massage from Beth as I have always suffered with tightness around my upper back and shoulders. During the session Beth made me feel really comfortable and was attentive to the areas that needed work as well as providing me with some tips on how I can help reduce the tightness at home.I would highly recommend her services to anyone and I will definitely be returning myself :)

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a massage. Beth is welcoming and instantly makes you feel at ease. Her knowledge of the body and injuries is extensive and this leads to highly effective treatment outcomes. She works with you and provides a thorough and holistic service. Would highly recommend!

I've been seeing Beth on and off for a while for sports massage and I've been thoroughly pleased with the service I receive from her. I spend a lot of time sat down, whether studying or cycling, and seeing her has definitely helped keep me pain free and undo a lot of the strain in my back.She's very engaging and friendly, and has also scheduled me in at short notice at times with no issues.Highly recommend if you need physical therapy in Southampton!

Beth is a lovely person and very knowledgeable. Her studio is nice and cosy. She always listens to your needs, makes you feel comfortable and gives you tailored advice. I would recommend and go back to her.

I recently had a massage with Beth since my upper body, particularly my shoulders, were really tense. My experience with her was outstanding. She initially welcomed me and spent some time discussing/ assessing what areas were best to target. Then got to work on the massage which was fantastic, the next day I could really notice a great relief in my problem areas! Throughout the whole process Beth was kind, friendly and professional. When receiving the treatment you can really see her passion and knowledge. Will definitely return.

I have seen Beth on a handful of occasions now for shoulder/upper back tightness due to the nature of my job. Beth is super welcoming, knowledgeable and made the whole experience comfortable. I noticed a massive difference in my back after the first session. 100% recommend and won’t be going to anyone else!

I have seen Beth for a 60 minute sports massage on numerous occasions now. She is always very warm and welcoming and makes me feel comfortable. No complaints at all, very professional and I always feel a difference after. Would definitely recommend.
