Chapel Street Student Halls

My stay in Chapel Street halls has been well looked after. Friendly staff and good shared facilities.

I've been living for past 3 years. They've helped me move in and settle down perfectly. All my issues including maintenance gets completed quickly. It's clean even the cinema, pool area and the gym too.

Stayed at the accommodation for over a year now and it has been and still is a wonderful experience as tenants are well taken care of, management is always available to help or support in anyway possible, maintenance issues are handled swiftly and the staff/team most especially Elizabeth are so welcoming and supportive.The amenities are free to use and always kept in good condition, the services provided and rendered by this accommodation are impeccable thereby providing a safe and comfortable space for tenants

Upon my arrival at the apartment complex, I had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth, who extended a warm and gracious welcome. She graciously provided me with access to the premises and took the time to acquaint me with the various amenities within the building.One notable aspect of this apartment that merits attention is its all-inclusive nature, which significantly alleviates the burden of managing utility bills, save for council tax for non-student occupants. This feature greatly simplifies the financial aspects of residing here, offering a convenient and worry-free living experience.In conclusion, my initial impressions of UrbanEvolution as a rental property are highly favorable. The welcoming reception and comprehensive utility package make it an attractive and hassle-free choice for prospective tenants.

I have lived in chapel street building for more than 2 years now, its been wonderful. Free use of gym equipments and cinema room is freely available. The services provided are topnotch, the receptionist Lizzy, is receptive and Kind.

The price was ok at first, until it was increased by wide margin. The place is nice and warm, good location and it is clean, depending on those whom you share same cluster with. The receptionists are nice and accommodating..

From my personal experience i feel this is really a good accommodation to stay in. Any maintenance issues resolved in less than 24hrs. Good location, near to town centre just 5 mins walk, and the rent price is worth the room and facilities the tenants receive. Gym, cinema theatre, games area and many more for free of cost for the tenants who live in. Easy access for the laundry and is 24/7. To summarise it's really a worth opting this accommodation and i highly recommend people to experience themselves.

I have been living for past 2years, This flat is under urban evolution management they have good systems like safety, surveillance and good service providers...Apart from that clients facing reception lady Elizabeth is experienced person where she will short out all the problems asap with proper workload, I am very satisfied with this management functions and other facilities
