FIRST and LAST visit!! 2hrs 45mins in the groomers, most of this time locked in a cage, he's 13 and very placid little dog. On collection told me he was VERY naughty trying to bite the clippers. No wonder - after returning home and seeing the scouring marks and inflammation from the clippers across his abdomen - photo here says it all. Took 3 days of soothing antiseptic cream to start reducing this down - the Groomer declined to return my call. (The picture doesn't do it justice).

I called this groomers to check on an appointment I’d made only to be told that there wasn’t an appointment on that date and that there couldn’t be because they shut at 2pm on that day - the time of the appointment . This is despite Google saying they close at 4.30pm and Facebook 3.30pm on that day.I was told that it couldn’t be them I’d called and I must have called someone else. I really object to the suggestion that I don’t know what I am doing - especially as we used to be regular customers with our previous dog.There was no willingness to try and sort something out, and she insisted the mistake must be mine. I checked my phone log (well - you never know) and it was their number I called on the day I booked the appointment.Needless to say - they’ve lost my custom.
