We have been with Gavin from Support Force Ltd for three years now. Gavin has been instrumental in providing help, advice, guidance, knowledge and expertise in moving us away from servers and becoming an entirely cloud based Accountancy Practice. We are so pleased we done this as when Covid-19 struck it meant that we could continue (and still do) to work from home with no business interruption whatsoever.We are now fully Office 365 based and use a lot of the functionality within it to help run our business. We extensively use Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and work far better as a team because of the collaboration aspect of Office 365. I've used Support Force with business who had home office and wanted to install new computers, printers, who had no idea of which email set up to go ahead with. Gavin from Support Force came out, installed everything, set up printer, set up new Microsoft Office Business Account and took us through the business apps that he created. Amazing knowledge and gets things sorted! Would highly recommend for your IT - needs particularly Microsoft Office!
