Been here many times and yet, always the same problem. This McDonald’s (from my experience) always have enough staff members, but management is not the best.Let’s take today, long queues, monopoly started. One person is cleaning the tables, one on the till, kitchen staff are preparing food, one person is shouting the numbers and giving away the food in the meantime 3 managers have a convo by the fries. Ordering machines have no receipts available.So this girl who gives away the food, she started to prepare delivery order and all of us just waiting for our orders. One of the managers noticed that she is not available so he started to prepare the orders and just left them on a metal table with receipts, waiting, for her to give them away while still chatting around. When that girl had to leave, then another manager came and started to give away the food from the metal table. Surely, give away food to the customer from the hot conveyor and not after it was waiting on a metal table for 5min.Anyway, burgers were stale. If you’re thinking about coming to this McDonald’s, there’s a better food available downstairs.

Very busy so hard to keep super clean, but the food was not good quality...the fries and fillet o fish tasted horrible because the oil they fried in not clean...left taste on food.

Waiting for tiramisu to be relaunched..My kid loves the fries..I enjoy the veggie wrap..But sometimes i see the staff looking exhausted... Sad to see them like that..

The meat wasn't fried properly, the staff member didn't put right my burger to the box, when I took it out it all fell apart. And they didn't pass my drink ( orange juice). VERY BAD SERVICE

15 minutes to midnight on a Saturday, people inside ordering and the Chinese man by the door was in such a rush to go home he was saying it is closed even though you announce opening times until midnight. If you employ people and pay them to work until a certain schedule, make sure they work that schedule and aren’t rude. I had just finished work at my hotel and was starving and made a detour only to deal with this man. We are all human, we all have bad days, but negative energy only spreads negative energy. And for zone 1 you should really keep your staff trained and educated.

I ordered from macd app and then the drinks are totally wastewnd the food quality is not good. And when i talk with the restaurant crew they not properly talk with me and said come here and replace your food. If i want to go there so why I ordered from app. What a stupid answer they give me.

It is located in a very busy place of Harrow, inside the Shopping Center, floor1 next to the TK maxx. Service is normally quite quick and the toilets are always CLEAN!All the tables were fitted with Samsung tablets for kids but at the table where I stayed with my nephew all were broken and it was difficult for me to explain to him why it didn't work. My opinion is to remove them because it is not hygienic.
