A genuine and knowledgable guy, can 100% trust. Spoke on phone re Red DPF light on my Jaguar Xj , he made appointment for me to drop my car for diagnostics, called and let me know what part was showing as fault and causing DPF light to be on. Ordered part and called me back to schedule a time suitable for me to let him have my car to fit new part. 1 hour and called letting me know fault light off and car working as should. Collected my car and was shown my old part and photos of what he’d found changing the part, also explained what I needed to do to stop any recurrence of the fault in the future. I must add , be patient when emailing or calling, can be a delay in getting back, I know he works on is own , so, emails, answering calls , meeting and greeting customers, ordering parts, then actually doing the work on the cars. Charles is an absolute expert in electronics and car faults in general, I had 3 mechanics have a look at an idle issue on my classic BMW E36 before taking it here, Charles left no stone unturned and persisted until the car ran perfectly again. Very reasonable and above all, a pleasant genuine person. HIGHLY recommended

Having had my car seen at a different garage and being told the fault was my ECU I spent over 2 months looking for an auto electrician who was confident to look at my car. Finding Charles by online search and reading his reviews I arranged for the car to be towed over to his garage. At all times from the first point of contact Charles was courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the car in a few days and had me back on the road pronto, it wasn't the ECU neither so nowhere near as costly as I had been quoted by other garages. This is a chap who really really knows his stuff. I had my car sat on the drive for 2 months being let down by other mechanics not turning up etc . So pleased. 100 % recommended!!
