Ian fitted 5 new radiators and a boiler filter yesterday. He is professional, friendly and provides an excellent service. He arrived on time, completed the work as described in the time scale provided. My home was left clean and tidy, and he took away the old radiators leaving no rubbish. I highly recommend Plumbpal!

We recently had our old boiler replaced by Ian and I cannot recommend him enough.Firstly he provided us with full prices on 3 different boilers and recommendations and allowed us to make our own choice on which we would prefer to have installed.The work was started when he said it would be and due to the different fittings on the new boiler the holes in the ceiling were covered up and any mess was cleaned up before he left.During the install Ian also noticed issues that several plumbers had either not noticed or not interested in remedying however these were rectified without hassle and at a reasonable cost.We now have all of our radiators working as they should. Our hot water is functioning again and he also installed a new Hive system which has also made managing the heating and hot water much easier.Everything was completed efficiently and without fuss making this a stress free upgrade for us and he has gained a customer for life.You can see pictures on his page of the work completed at our house and if you have any questions that I can answer about the service we received I would be more than happy to try and answer them.Thank you Ian for making a stressful time for us a lot easier, it is greatly appreciated.
