A fantastic selection of books covering a massive selection of subjects, genres and tastes. For me, their Graphic Novel, Science Fiction and Fantasy and Music sections are outstanding. Whether you're looking to reread a classic or find something new, you're covered. The Coffee Shop on the 1st floor is also excellent. Always a good cuppa. Again, with a good variety of tastes covered in Coffees and Teas. The Cakes are always delicious too. With lovely, knowledgeable, passionate and friendly staff there too, it's an always enjoyable shopping experience

This coffee shop has air conditioning - a blessing for anyone affected by the heat. It's a great place to take your Gran. Staff are helpful and kind. The bookshop is well-stocked and you can order in items they don't have. Staff are knowledgeable and able to offer suggestions, so ideal for gift hunting.

One of the best waterstones in Wales. A big beautiful building with a wide variety of books. Had everything I wanted. Staff very helpful, pointed me in the righ direction. Dog friendly aswell.

It felt like they had every book I could possibly need, including classics published more than twenty years ago! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the man on checkout told me of the “book of the month” without forcing a deal down my throat. The atmosphere here is lovely and I’d go nowhere else for novels and books.

Still lovely to see that a bookshop can survive on the high street, particularly on Oxford Street which is looking very sorry for itself. This store has a wide selection of books, however don't expect cheap prices.

I love this branch. Staff have always been more than happy to help, be it gain suggestions for new series, order a book in or help you find something on the shelf. The little cafe/tea room upstairs is wonderfully serene with many options for coffee and tea loves alike. The location in the heart of the city is great, meaning more than once I've fallen 'victim' to 'just popping in' and leaving with another treasured read.
