Excellent hair cut for my son. Monika was so calming and considerate and made us all feel at ease. We will definitely be back again soon!

We came for a small party, while the treatment and staff were amazing , the children commented on being bored a few times due to only one staff member doing the hair so having to wait their turns, easy to access and parked across the road. Be aware it is CASH ONLY! I didn't know and the cash machine was broken on the day! Luckily we got cash back in co op , prices were relatively fair too

What an amazing experience! My granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed it. The décor, the atmosphere and the staff were all wonderful. Monica was so lovely and really engaged with my granddaughter, will definitely be going back.

Had a fabulous day at Joshua's yesterday with my daughter and a friend and her daughter, they both had a ball, enjoyed every minute, staff were brilliant very accommodating and so friendly!Hoping to come again in December to do it all again. Would 100 percent consider to everyone thinking of doing it!

Bit disappointed about the service we received here recently. We weren’t welcomed into the salon and instead told to go straight upstairs where there were two women. They were both doing another child’s hair and didn’t even acknowledge us to say they would be a few minutes or whatever. This was my daughters first ever haircut so we were looking forward to a memorable experience. My little girl didn’t want to sit down initially so the owner said multiple times to come back in the week which I said I couldn’t but proceeded to tell me another 4 times. We were just treated like an inconvenience and seemed like she couldn’t get rid of us fast enough. She made no effort to talk to my child and make her comfortable in her presence. We then went downstairs and my daughter was happy to sit down there so they got started. The owner spent less than 3 minutes cutting her hair and since we’ve got home the haircut is really not good. It’s not straight in the back and there are chunks missing out the sides. No attention to detail whatsoever. We paid an extra £5 so £20 in total to have a certificate of her first cut. It’s just a branded print out with her name and then a small plastic bag with a bit of glitter and a bit of her hair in. The printout had blank space to add in a picture. For £5 extra I’d expect them to take a nice photo and do it properly. Literally a bit of card with her name on.There was another girl in there I think they were calling her Eve or Evie, and she was lovely. She was playing and engaging with my daughter and made sure she had sweets etc at the end.Just a shame the owner acted the way she did. Think it’s really tarnished the experience which should normally be fun and exciting for children and parents. And £20 in total for a haircut on a 2 year old that took less than 10 minutes. Shame.

We went to Joshua's today with our 3yo little man who has had a number of haircuts, all of which have ended with him being terrified and screaming the place down. The experience we had today was completely different. He was treated with such patience and calm that he didn't scream once, and even managed to crack a few small smiles! We are so pleased with the haircut he has received, and are very impressed with the respectful and pleasant attitude of the barber. It turned what has previously been a very stressful experience, into a hugely positive one. Incredible work, thank you!
