3 hours after placing order company phoned to tell me new standard length was 160cm opposed to 152cm. Offered to cut to ordered size for free. Very polite and helpful + much cheaper than others online.

Very bad experience! No answers on messenger, telephones 3 numbers, mails. Called by whatsapp, the day after, the whatsapp number was cancelled.... Ordered en paid 2 july, 17/07 they send me a DPD tracking nr. ..... 23/07 the order was not shipped. After several mails, they refund my money. Do not order here! They are not honest!

After our suppliers let us down I found Wideformat Solutions using my Google skills ;)Spoke to Nigel about the product we were after & even though he was out off stock he managed to source some & got us back up and printing.Top class service will be using them for more after this experience.Andy
