As a total novice, I went in looking for advice on what set up I should get and any info I could get. Guy behind the counter was very abrupt and said anything i want or need to know was on the internet. He was not interested in helping me at all, very poor customer service skills. Shame as the shop looked full of stock. He lost a sale as I went to another local shop and got all I needed and more.

What a lovely couple could not be more helpful, I went looking for a float rod n reel,they took time to show me products and set up my reel with line . Service was second to none ,would highly recommend this shop .
